Sympathy Pregnancy Symptoms for Men:
1. You feel bad for her pain and wish you could take some of it
2. You may even get some morning sickness with her or at least a little uneasy at times
3. You start gaining weight with her, probably the most common and where the term "Sympathy Weight" and this blog came from :)
4. You are a bit jealous that you can't experience carrying a baby (even though we know we couldn't handle it)
5. You avoid sex sometimes because you think it may hurt her or the baby in some way
6. Studies have shown that men also get elevated hormone levels which contributes to heightened senses and emotions
7. When you feel the baby you might feel a bit of the connection the mother does having it inside her.
